The "Crush" April 26 2007 I'm Back Hey everyone this is Ryan Chris and I have been hard at work getting all the wines racked and some ready for bottling. The wines coming out for May should be really decent and I hope you all enjoy them. We will be bottling so please remember if you want to help let me know. The 2006 wines are all in barrel and put to bed for a bit. We have seen a good flow of business this year and we want to thank everyone especially all the volunteers. The wines are selling out pretty fast so if you like something I would make a point of getting some. Cheers to all! November 17th 2006 - Putting The Wine To Bed Hello this is Ryan letting you know that although harvest has finished we are still dilligently working to put the wines to bed. The 2006 vintage is showing to be very fruit forward and complex. We will do our best to preserve those qualities and age the wine well. Have a happy holiday. Cheers! Ryan Baker Assistant Winemaker Nov 9th, 2006- HARVEST IS COMPLETE! Greetings and salutations this is Ryan. Harvest was a success. We brought in close to 80 Tons of fruit and a whopping 22 different grapes so there is a lot to look forward to. The last grape was crushed on Tuesday November 7th. We have sourced some fruit from award winning vineyards in Sonoma and Paso Robles as well as other locations. All seems to be going well and until next time Cheers.
